Let Me Re-Introduce Myself...

Recently I've received more messages about what exactly I do and how to work with me as your coach...

I also have some new faces in my circle coming over from TikTok.

So, if we haven't met before....

I'm an Online Fitness Coach & Personal Trainer from NY and have been coaching people for 8 years.

And have had the privilege of coaching over 100 humans.

I got certified after freshman year of college & I started working at a small personal training studio on Long Island.

After that I moved on to Equinox for a bit.

For the next 4-5 years, I traveled around NYC training private clients at their building gyms,

and in a Fitness Studio that I rented on 23rd street in Chelsea.

But I soon realized that I wanted to create something bigger than myself.

So in 2017 I started my Modern Man Coaching Program. Which is a community of men from around the world,

who share the same core values in health & fitness.

We support & motivate each other to get in great shape & to become better men.

This is an online coaching program...

so I design each guy their own individual training routine to get stronger & build muscle...

their own nutrition protocol to reduce body fat and feel their best...

And through the accountability group & progress tracking,

I hold them accountable to follow through.

Most of the guys who work with me, are already active....

They do cardio or are trying to eat healthy. Maybe they've even lost some weight.

But they haven't been able to build the physique they desire.

They need the guidance to get started on a proper strength training program and an effective nutrition plan.

And they're looking for me to take out the guesswork and trial & error for them...

So they can save time, energy, and stress worrying about what they should be doing with their workouts or food.

In the Modern Man Program, we pride ourselves on doing things the right way...

Through methods that are flexible & can blend into our life long-term.

We focus on losing fat + building muscle with consistent we can look & feel better each year.

As opposed to drastic approaches that lead to yo-yo dieting, burnout, and feeling like 💩.

Part of our long-term approach, is to learn how to eat flexibly while still reaching our fitness goals...

So we can have some birthday cake,

enjoy ourselves on a trip,

or keep some Ben & Jerry's in the house without feeling like we've completely ruined our results.

I really enjoy what I do. And the people I get to work with.

In fact, we're planning our second ever Modern Man Meetup for next month which I'm super excited for.

I've got to see so many awesome guys transform their body, become more confident, and improve the quality of their life....

Simply by getting in better shape & making their health a priority.
