Everyone's looking for the 𝐧𝐞𝐰 '𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐭' 𝐡𝐚𝐜𝐤 or diet to get shredded abs. . .
Well, this just might be the most 𝘶𝘯𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘥 fitness activity for seeing the best possible results.
Disclaimer - it's nothing new or secret.
You've probably heard of this before...
It only takes 𝟑𝟎-𝟔𝟎 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤 & can lead to continuous progress for the entire week afterwards.
Sounds too good to be true, right?
Here's the catch...
if you don't do this each week for those 30-60 minutes,
not only will you not see results....
But you'll likely go in the 𝐨𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐝𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 of your goals that week.
What is this magic, secret 30 min activity?
𝐆𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬.
I'm assuming, you've heard of groceries before.
I've learned that getting the right groceries is as close as it gets
to 𝐠𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠 that you will have a successful week with your fitness.
At the same time, not getting the right groceries (or not getting groceries at all)
makes it almost certain that it won't be a great week for your fitness & results.
Think about it...
If you have great food options at home to hit your macros, keep you full, & help you train optimally...
You're much more likely to see results that week.
And you're way less likely to order food out all the time or make impulse decisions on what to eat.
But if you're picking up Oreos, soda, beer, bags of chips,
and plenty of other snacks that won't help you hit your macros or stay satiated...
it's likely 𝘯𝘰𝘵 going to be a super consistent week for you.
And the same applies if you don't get groceries at all.
Because you'll need to order most of your meals out...
Which is just going to make it harder to hit your macros, be consistent, and see results.
My point is this...
Some people say that making your bed in the morning leads to a more successful day.
𝐆𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐚 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐬𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤.
If you're serious about your fitness & health right now,
that grocery run needs to be a 𝐭𝐨𝐩 𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲.
Bc getting it right will lead to 𝘮𝘢𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘶𝘭𝘵𝘴.
Way more than any supplement or quick fix.
Sometimes the 'secret answer' is right in front of us.
